Banking in School
Banking in the School (BITS) is designed to help introduce banking to students in an easy and exciting manner. Through the use of BITS, schools have been able to seamlessly integrate key financial concepts in an immersive setting while also working to eliminate barriers to banking by bringing financial institutions INTO the school. BITS works alongside the school to:
-
Ensure that schools have the proper tools to prioritize financial literacy in and out of the classroom
-
Connect schools with financial institutions to provide an onsite banking experience that is student-led
-
Provide an easy to use curriculum that introduces core financial concepts and examines the behaviors associated with finances
-
Build a school-based incentivized model that encourages students to save and manage their finances
-
Talk with parents about their role in personal financial education
